At Nayel Basket, we strive to deliver high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

General Return Policy

We do not offer returns or exchanges on most products unless:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered.

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video and images as proof.

Resin Art Products – No Return / No Exchange

All Resin Art products are custom-made and crafted uniquely for you.
Hence, returns and exchanges are strictly not accepted for these items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Report a Damaged or Defective Item

To request a return for a damaged or incorrect item (non-resin), please email us at nayelbasket@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos/videos showing the issue
  • Unboxing video (mandatory for damage claims)

Refund Process

If your return is approved:

  • A full or partial refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • In some cases, we may offer a replacement product instead of a refund, based on stock availability.

Return Shipping

  • For eligible returns, we will arrange reverse pickup where possible.
  • If reverse pickup is unavailable in your location, you may be asked to self-ship the item. Return shipping charges may apply unless the error was on our part.
